Send CAD (STEP/DWG) or a dimensioned PDF. We confirm tolerances and return a production drawing for sign-off before manufacturing.

📦 From a Sample

Ship us your worn or existing roller. We reverse-engineer dimensions, hole pattern, and filament, and match or improve on them.

📝 From a Spec Sheet

Use our dimension checklist (diameter, length, core, filament, density, application). We propose a build and quote within 24 hours.

The Custom Build Process

Step 1 — Specification review. We confirm every dimension and material against your application (temperature, chemical, abrasion, speed).
Step 2 — Drawing & sample. A production drawing or a physical prototype is approved before mass production.
Step 3 — Manufacturing. Filament planting, trimming, and dynamic balancing to ±0.5 mm tolerance.
Step 4 — Inspection & ship. Each roller is inspected; reports available on request. Standard lead time 7–15 days for samples.

What information do you need to quote?

Diameter, working length, core material, bristle material, filament density, and the application (machine + substrate). A drawing or sample removes all guesswork.

Can you match an existing OEM roller?

Yes. Send the sample or photos with a ruler; we reverse-engineer it and can improve filament or density if you want better wear life.

What is the MOQ for custom rollers?

Samples from 1 piece. Production MOQ typically 10 pieces; special materials or sizes may require 50. We confirm per inquiry.

How long does a custom order take?

Samples 7–15 days after drawing approval. Production runs depend on quantity and material; we quote a firm lead time with every order.

Do you provide food-grade and high-temperature brushes?

Yes. Food-grade PP bristles and high-temp nylon/PTFE options are available; tell us your process window and we specify the filament.
